To publicize
a request for sick leave donations, please submit the person’s
name, department, the person’s payroll officer and the payroll
officer’s work phone number to wfdocs@ky.gov after
the payroll officer has approved the request. Please note on your e-mail that it is a
request for sick leave donations.
